Using the food pyramid I give you some recomendations for a healthy diet:
-You should eat six or more
servings from bread, cereal, rice and pasta group, because carbohydrates give you a lot of energy for the day.
-You shouldn't ea a lot of chocolate or fattening food.
-You should eat a least 3 daily products.
-You should drink water regulary.
-You should eat 4 or more servings of fruit and vegetables in a day.
-You can choose 2 differents meat, fish, eggs, beans or peas.
BUT...
If you don't do exercise, these tips won't help you, because:
-If you eat a lot and you don't do exercise, you will gain weight as you will get overweight. So I suggest that you should go for a walk during 1 hour everyday.

BELLAVISTA'S PIZZERIA
Bella vista is a pizzaria in churriana, Málaga. It's a italian restaurant. There, you can eat pizza, pasta and meat. My favourite food is four cheese pizza it's delicious. It's open every day from 12.00 pm to 12.00 am. It's my favourite restaurant because if you go when is your birthday a musician sing a song special for you.
